Our Client Leads are entrusted with cultivating and fostering relationships with key counterparts within our Retailer client. The primary goal is to champion the implementation of the Customer First strategy, playing a pivotal role in supporting our client on this mission.

This role, based in Dubai, is instrumental in encompassing price and promotion strategies aligned with the annual Statement of Work (SOW) for our Retail client. The ultimate measure of success lies in enhancing client satisfaction and maximizing Return on Investment to achieve our performance objectives.

To excel in this position, we seek individuals who embody commitment, accountability, attention to detail, expertise in customer insights analysis, and adeptness in relationship building.

What we expect from you
  • Proven experience in Price and Promotions methodologies within both retail and/or manufacturing contexts.
  • Familiarity with the retail industry is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Track record of driving commercial value through the sale of solutions and services.
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing key stakeholders.
  • Experience collaborating with retailers and manufacturers to integrate customer insights into existing or new Price and Promotion processes.
  • 3 - 5 years of hands-on experience in a capability/ client lead role is essential
