To lead the development and optimization of customer propositions, oversee business planning, and drive performance insights to support the organization's strategic objectives. The role ensures alignment between customer needs, market opportunities, and commercial goals. It steers data-led planning, performance measurement, and proposition development through effective leadership of a cross-functional team.

Responsibilities
  1. Proposition Development & Management
    1. Shape and refine customer value propositions in line with evolving market and customer needs
    2. Coordinate with product, marketing, and commercial teams to ensure consistent delivery
  2. Business Planning
    1. Lead the annual and quarterly planning processes
    2. Ensure alignment between strategic objectives, operational plans, and resource allocation
  3. Performance Insight & Reporting
    1. Define, monitor, and report on business KPIs
    2. Translate data into actionable insights for executive decision-making
  4. Team Leadership & Development
    1. Manage and mentor a high-performing team, fostering collaboration and growth
    2. Set clear objectives, conduct performance reviews, and support skill development
  5. Stakeholder Management
