Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on port cranes, including lubrication, oil changes, and rope, sheath, and gear work.
• Conduct daily lubrication for assigned cranes.
• Perform full oil changes on cranes, including managing large volumes of gear oil (380-400 L) and hydraulic oil (16 L).
• Execute stopper refurbishment and quality checks on spare parts, such as bolts and nuts.
• Collaborate with team members on complex tasks, such as rope section greasing, which requires a team of eight.
• Adhere to strict safety protocols, including ensuring vehicle and safety lights remain operational during work.
• Understand and navigate on-site logistical challenges, including obtaining necessary work approvals and adapting to high-temperature conditions.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance performed.
