Our Ideal Candidate Will Have

As a Pool & Beach Assistant Server, you will play a vital role in ensuring guests enjoy a relaxed, personalized, and effortless experience by the pool and on the beach. You will support the service team in delivering refreshments, maintaining pristine presentation standards, and anticipating guest needs before they arise.

Your attention to detail, calm energy, and genuine hospitality will help create an atmosphere of warmth and luxury where every guest feels deeply cared for.

What You Will Do

• Assist servers in setting up, clearing, and maintaining the pool and beach service areas.
• Greet guests with warmth and offer towels, water, and amenities as they arrive.
• Support with delivering beverages, snacks, and menu items promptly and courteously.
• Ensure guest lounges, umbrellas, and service stations are impeccably arranged and maintained throughout the day.
• Communicate effectively with the bar, kitchen, and service teams to ensure smooth and timely service.
• Replenish supplies and maintain cleanliness in all pool and beach areas.
• Handle guest requests and feedback with professionalism and attentiveness.
• Monitor safety, cleanliness, and hygiene standards in compliance with resort and local regulations.
• Assist in setting up for private events, activations, or VIP arrangements when required.
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment that reflects the resort’s culture of genuine care.

What you bring:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a pool, beach, or outdoor dining service role within a 5-star luxury hotel or resort.
• Knowledge of food and beverage service, basic menu items, and etiquette.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure in outdoor environments.
• Fluent in English; additional languages (Arabic, Russian, or French) are an advantage.
• Excellent grooming, presentation, and personal hygiene.
• Team player with a proactive and guest-centric attitude.
• Flexibility to work outdoors, including weekends, public holidays, and variable shifts.
• Strong awareness of safety, cleanliness, and presentation standards.
