Job Purpose

As a Healthcare policy and administration executive, you will perform various tasks daily. And therefore, you should be able to multitask and prioritize. We also expect you to handle sensitive information confidentially. You should be able to combine exceptional communication skills with an ability to perform behind-the-scenes tasks. The role requires a great deal of independent thought or judgment, acting within well-defined policies and procedures.

To execute the process of translating contracts, and other marketing collaterals letters, from Arabic to English and Vice Versa, as well as support the policy onboarding process, including but not limited to quality review and validation

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide end-to-end administrative support to clients and intermediaries, including but not limited to census reconciliation, policy setup, endorsements, invoicing analysis, reporting, and Pre-Inception activities.
  • Review all received documents thoroughly and accurately, ensuring timely data entry into healthcare systems in line with agreed SLAs and with minimal errors.
  • Maintain accurate physical and electronic records related to medical insurance policies, endorsements, and maintenance requests.
  • Upload member data files to regulatory platforms in compliance with applicable regulatory directives.
  • Upload and maintain PBM membership data on partner systems.
  • Ensure full regulatory compliance through continuous monitoring, identification, and reporting of process, procedure, and system gaps.
  • Ensure full adherence to regulatory requirements and internal company standards relating to operational risk.
  • Liaise closely with cross-functional teams, including Customer Service, Medical, and Health On Track, to support policy- and member-related queries.
  • Maintain a strong client and broker-centric approach, ensuring customers, clients, and brokers remain at the core of day-to-day activities and service delivery.
  • Support translation activities related to policy contracts, onboarding documents, and marketing collaterals, as required.
  • Prepare, classify, index, and document translated materials and topics to enable effective reference and retrieval.
  • Determine translation requirements and oversee the organization and documentation of all related records and materials.
  • Perform quality validation of data and documents related to EB policy onboarding and Pre-Inception processes.
  • Demonstrate a continuous process improvement mindset by proactively identifying opportunities to enhance policy administration workflows, systems, and operational efficiency.
  • Carry out any other duties related to the nature of the role, as assigned.
Operational & Technical Responsibilities
  • The role will act independently and autonomously in pursuit of the KPIs and strategic objectives of the function.
  • To ensure proper relationship is required to build and maintain with internal stakeholders /CHP/EB OPS and Government relations.
Essential Requirements
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Policy Administration or a related administrative role within the insurance industry.
  • Tertiary education (Bachelor’s degree) is mandatory.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data filtering and sorting, pivot tables, cell formatting, Excel formulas, data validation, and data analysis.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • High attention to detail and strong accuracy in data handling.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer-centric communication skills, enabling effective interaction with clients, brokers, and internal stakeholders.
