Requirements

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
• Board certification in Plastic Surgery
• A minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in plastic surgery, with a strong emphasis on both cosmetic and reconstructive procedures
• Proficiency in performing various surgical techniques, including but not limited to aesthetic surgeries and reconstructive procedures
• Strong diagnostic skills and the ability to assess and recommend appropriate treatment options for patients
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients and provide clear explanations of procedures and outcomes
• A compassionate approach to patient care, with a focus on understanding patients' needs and expectations
• Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team and contribute to a positive work environment
• Willingness to engage in continuous professional development and stay updated with the latest advancements in plastic surgery
