Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field.
• 7–12 years of experience in facilities/utilities management, preferably in tobacco or similar industries.
• Strong experience with boiler systems, compressed air, refrigeration, HVAC, and electrical distribution.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of all plant utilities including boilers, chillers, and HVAC.
• Oversee preventive maintenance plans for facilities and utility equipment.
• Lead facilities and utilities CAPEX projects and coordinate with contractors.
