Job summary

A leading cultural institution in Abu Dhabi is seeking a highly skilled Planning & Reporting Lead. This key strategic position involves leading annual and multi-year strategic planning, setting KPIs, and producing executive reports to support decision-making. Candidates should have 6–15 years of relevant experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and ideally have a background in government or large organizations. We are looking for a highly skilled Planning & Reporting Lead to join our team within one of Abu Dhabi’s flagship cultural institutions. This role is a key strategic position, responsible for driving planning cycles, monitoring performance, and ensuring alignment across all museum departments.

About the Role

As the Planning & Reporting Lead, you will partner directly with the Museum Director to coordinate strategic planning, consolidate organizational reports, track KPIs, and provide insights that support decision-making. You will act as the central link between leadership and departments, ensuring priorities are executed effectively and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead annual and multi-year strategic planning across all museum departments

What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s in business administration, (MBA) or equivalent.
  • 6–15 years of experience in strategic planning, performance reporting, or consulting
  • Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills
  • Experience within government, cultural institutions, or large-scale organizations is an advantage
  • Ability to work confidently with senior leadership in complex environments
