Qualifications

• 8–10 years of relevant maintenance experience.
• Minimum 5 years as a Planning Officer in Oil & Gas I&C maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Identify competencies of the execution team and assign work order tasks effectively.
• Support planning engineer in formulating training plans based on team competency.
• Maintain and update training records to ensure timely delivery.
• Plan optimum allocation of workforce and utilize wrench time efficiently.
• Anticipate resource needs for unplanned/emergency jobs based on work criticality.
• Monitor stock levels of spares, consumables, and materials, ensuring timely replenishment.
• Analyze reports and recommendations from various sources to identify permanent and temporary actions.
• Prepare strategies and task lists in coordination with relevant sections.
• Update work schedules clearly defining responsibilities.
• Review job completion wrap-up/final reports and communicate results to execution team.
