We are constantly growing and are currently looking for Two (2) Planners (Senior Level) to join our top qualified and knowledgeable team in our newly awarded Oil & Gas project in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Role Summary
Supervise and coordinate all planning activities either performed directly or through sub‑contractors to ensure that the work is carried out in accordance with the schedule.
What you will need to do
- Prepare Contract Baseline Schedule and/or Revised Schedules in coordination with the Project Team for Procurement, Construction, Pre‑Commissioning and Commissioning phases of the EPC Project.
- Assist the Lead Planner at project start in the preparation of all reports and registers to ensure implementation of the following procedures:
- Control of Planning & Scheduling
- Progress Measurement
- Reporting
- Review the project schedule updates done by the planner and liaise with the different project teams to maintain accurate progress recordingstory and monitoring.
- In coordination with the Project Controls Manager, highlight to the Project Management any deviation and/or delays from the approved plan.
- Participate in coordination with the Project Controls Manager in the preparation of claims & extension of time using the appropriate delay analysis method.
- Liaise with the Project Controls Manager in preparing daily, weekly & monthly reports, budget preparation and maintain proper project planning records.
- Participate in periodic project meetings to elaborate the project’s schedule, record any suggested changes and/or deviations from the plan endocrine and advise on its effects on the overall schedule.
- Perform any other related duties as assigned.
What you will need to have
- aprovado university degree in Engineering.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in the construction industrytrin a similar level with involvement in Construction & Commissioning phase.
- Experience in EPC Projects above US$ 100M with ADNOC (or equivalent) with direct involvement in Construction and Commissioning is essential.
- Previous employment with leading EPC contractors is highly preferable.
- Capability to perform under stressful situations.
- Substantial planning delay analysis and schedule risk analysis.
- Engineering procurement construction pre‑commissioning and commissioning awareness.
- Fluency in the English language.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 and schedule quality compliance.
