Job Summary

We are currently seeking a highly organized and efficient Personal Assistant to join our team in Al Ain Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Arabic and have excellent communication and organizational skills. The Personal Assistant will provide comprehensive support to the company's executives ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

Responsibilities
  • Act as the first point of contact for all communication both internal and external for the executives
  • Manage and maintain the executives schedules including arranging meetings and appointments
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for the executives
  • Prepare and organize documents reports and presentations for meetings
  • Conduct research and gather information as requested by the executives
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with utmost discretion
  • Assist in managing and prioritizing incoming emails and correspondence
  • Act as a liaison between the executives and other team members clients and external stakeholders
  • Prepare and submit expense reports on behalf of the executives
  • Attend meetings and take minutes when necessary
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as filing photocopying and ordering office supplies
Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Management or a related field
  • Minimum of 4 years experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role
  • Fluent in Arabic and English both written and verbal
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality
  • Proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Knowledge of UAE culture and business practices is an advantage
