We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to support our Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The ideal candidate will provide high-level administrative support and manage various tasks with professionalism and discretion. This role requires excellent organizational skills, a keen sense of prioritization, and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule appointments, meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements (flights, accommodation, and itineraries).
  • Prepare, edit, and format correspondence, reports, and presentations with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
  • Maintain organized records and filing systems (digital and physical) for easy retrieval.
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as expense reporting, invoice processing, and office supply management.
  • Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal departments, ensuring effective communication and smooth operations.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, take detailed minutes, and follow up on action items to ensure timely completion.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of special projects, events, and initiatives as directed by the CEO.
  • Screen and prioritize emails, phone calls, and other correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
  • Monitor deadlines and provide timely reminders to ensure deliverables are met.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Executive Secretary, or Personal Assistant, preferably supporting C-level executives.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant tools.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to task completion.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a collaborative team.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion in handling sensitive information.
  • Must be based in the UAE.
