Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resource management or a similar degree is required.
  • Pursuing professional membership with CIPD, SHRM, or CPHR is preferred.
  • Experience with HRIS is necessary.
  • Good understanding of end-to-end operations cycle from recruiting to offboarding.
  • Solid knowledge of labor legislation is essential.
