We are working with a rapidly growing international Fintech company supporting back-office finance operations across multiple country jurisdictions. Due to team expansion we are looking for a Payroll Assistant who will help ensure timely and accurate payroll processing and support a smooth employee lifecycle.

This is a full-time position based in Dubai working closely with HR Legal and local payroll providers while supporting employees with payroll-related matters.

Your Responsibilities
  • Assist with monthly payroll run operations
  • Maintain payroll dashboards salary databases and employee details accurately
  • Perform payroll checks during onboarding and offboarding
  • Coordinate with HR Legal and payroll agents to ensure compliance and deadlines
  • Ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLA) and record monthly SLA invoices
  • Stay informed of changing payroll laws and regulations
  • Support internal and external payroll audits and inquiries
  • Provide clear and professional support to employees regarding payroll topics
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of payroll information
