A healthcare facility in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a Patient Administrator to improve patient care quality through efficient management of appointment scheduling, medical insurance processes, and customer service. This role requires a minimum of secondary school education and 2-3 years' experience in customer service, preferably within healthcare. To improve the overall quality of patient care by efficiently performing all aspects of the patient administrator role
Essential: Completed secondary school education (Grade 12)
Desired: Tertiary Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree preferably within the fields of medical science, finance / accounting
Essential: 2-3 Years’ experience in a customer services role, preferably in the healthcare industry
Desired: Experience in a Contact Centre or Healthcare environment
