Position: Pastry Chef
Location: Umm-al-Qaiwain, UAE
Salary: 1600 AED per month

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and creative Pastry Chef to join our team in Umm-al-Qaiwain. The ideal candidate will have a passion for baking and creating delicious desserts and baked goods. You will be responsible for producing high quality pastries, cakes, desserts and other sweet treats to the highest standards. You should be able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities:
• Prepare a wide variety of pastries, cakes, desserts and other sweet treats according to recipes
• Ensure all ingredients are fresh and of the highest quality
• Decorate cakes or other pastries with edible toppings such as chocolate, frosting or fruit
• Create innovative new recipes or adapt traditional recipes to create unique signature dishes
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas according to health safety regulations
• Follow food hygiene regulations at all times
• Monitor stock levels and order ingredients when necessary
• Supervise kitchen staff during shifts

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a pastry chef or baker in a professional kitchen setting
• In depth knowledge of baking techniques and culinary styles
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks at once
• Exceptional attention to detail
