Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake pastries, cakes, breads, pies, and other desserts.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock control.
• Ensure quality control of products and maintain high hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen.
• Assist in creating and developing new dishes and desserts.

Qualifications

• Experience with different types of doughs, fillings, glazes, frostings, and cake decorations.
• Knowledge of pastry recipes and production processes.
• Ability to work under pressure as part of a team; strong organizational skills; attention to detail; creativity.
• Willingness to learn and participate in training onsite. Knowledge of Arabic or English is desirable but not essential.
