Job description

Purpose of the Job

To maximize sales by taking new orders and to reach out to potential customers to surplus the business.

Job Accountabilities

• Prepare daily call report for submission to the parts manager.
• Responsible for achieving agreed sales targets.
• Implement the unique prospective to reaching out new potential clients for increasing the sales.
• Oversees coordination of sales team paperwork, collates information on weekly basis for submission to the parts manager.
• Prepare quotation for the clients and submit the invoices to the accounts department.
• Understands the major market trends.
• Maintain the CRM database of the company.
• Coordinate with warehouse and customer on progress of orders and deliveries.
• Monitor stocks level for re-ordering.
• Handle customer quires and concern.
• Perform all the activities in compliance with the Company’s QHSEMS and as per the assigned specific responsibilities.
• Carries out any additional tasks assigned (in line with qualifications and ability) by the line Manager.

Qualifications & Education

Degree or Diploma in Automotive/Mechanical Engineering.

Experience

Minimum 3 years of experience in the similar within the spare parts.

Knowledge & Skills

Fluent in English; Arabic an advantage.

Strong marketing skills, Computer knowledge.

UAE - Driving license.
