Overview

This aspect of our service is intended to drive commercial revenue throughout the business. As the Partnership Manager, your focus will be on expanding our partnerships across diverse industries. You will identify pertinent brands and retailers, negotiate optimal rates, offers, and events. You will be fully accountable for your partnerships, ensuring that you meet all client and member expectations while striving to increase both online and offline engagement. It is essential that the business maintains a comprehensive understanding of your partnerships and explores additional revenue opportunities, such as commission. Your passion for securing outstanding offers, events, and benefits will guarantee that we consistently enhance the value of our core service. You will keep abreast of current market trends and competitor offerings, ensuring our members enjoy unique and exciting partnerships that are top of the market. You should have a strong desire to expand your knowledge in line with Ten's growth areas or the needs of corporate clients. You will continuously think ahead, demonstrating innovation and creativity in discovering new ideas and suppliers, thereby playing a vital role in the development of our Global Offers & Events Strategy.

Responsibilities
  • Take full accountability for the partnerships and contracts secured, ensuring offers are better than or best in market, events are unique and compelling, and commission agreements are secured.
  • Maintain relationships with partners during an offer or event period to ensure ongoing sustainable growth.
  • Monitor performance of partnered suppliers and ensure they deliver consistently high-quality service; drive improvements to member satisfaction/NPS and efficiencies.
  • Monitor redemption, data analytics and brand demand to ensure it resonates with the member base and make improvements to the team strategy.
  • Work closely with Content and Marketing to ensure maximum exposure to members.
  • Stay aware of competitors and deliver a leading market position.
  • Adhere to best practices, sourcing methodology, and team efficiency improvements.
  • Propose and implement new strategies, campaigns and processes to drive growth and improve member satisfaction, corporate revenue and efficiencies.
  • Contribute to wider strategic goals for the global team or region with support from senior leaders.
  • Manage workload to meet client and internal deadlines while fostering a culture of success, professionalism and support.
Qualifications
  • Excellent written and oral communication in English.
  • Fluency in Arabic is mandatory; additional languages are a plus.
  • Experience in procuring products, events, benefits, offers and contracts across retail and dining lifestyle industries.
  • Broad working knowledge of key brands and partners globally.
  • Ability to initiate and lead new business initiatives, aligning them with team objectives.
  • Proven track record of negotiating and procuring offers or events.
  • Natural commercial drive, creativity and a passion for partnership development.
  • Strong interpersonal skills; supportive, effective and highly driven colleague.
  • Ability to work effectively under high pressure.
