Role: Private PA / House Manager

Days: Monday-Friday

Hours: 8.30am – 6.00pm (with flexibility)

Location: Remote and from the Property

Salary: AED 25,000-30,000 Per Month (DOE)

For an UHNW family in Dubai, we are looking for a highly experienced Private PA / House Manager to join a small team in ensuring that the family’s lives run smoothly. The role would best suit a candidate who has worked in a corporate environment and then transitioned into a private household.

Your duties will entail property and household staff management, international travel arrangements, scheduling meetings, appointments and reservations and carrying out personal shopping etc. You will need a very widespread black book of contacts in Dubai to assist with the requests.

The family are looking for a candidate who is very disciplined and studious as the role will predominantly be based remotely from your home with visits to the properties in person.

They are looking for a candidate whose first language is English and their verbal and written communication is very strong.

• Have 10+ years’ experience working as a PA/House Manager in a family home with proven longevity in your roles
• Be a confident driver with your own car
