Overview

Operations & Management: Oversee daily operations of the coffee shop, ensuring efficiency and high service standards. Manage opening and closing procedures, shift scheduling, and staff allocation. Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety regulations, and UAE municipality standards. Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and manage stock rotation. Maintain cleanliness, ambiance, and presentation of the outlet at all times.

Customer Service & Experience
  • Lead by example in delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Handle customer feedback, complaints, and special requests professionally.
  • Build customer relationships and ensure repeat business and satisfaction.
Staff Management
  • Supervise, train, and motivate baristas and service staff.
  • Assist in hiring, onboarding, and evaluating employee performance.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and support to develop team skills and morale.
Sales & Financial Performance
  • Monitor daily sales, control costs, and ensure profitability targets are met.
  • Report on financial performance, sales trends, and customer feedback to senior management.
  • Implement promotional activities and upselling techniques to boost sales.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an Outlet Manager / Assistant Manager in a coffee shop, café, or F&B outlet (minimum 2–3 years).
  • Strong leadership, team management, and organizational skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of coffee shop operations and customer service standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic or additional languages are a plus.
  • Familiarity with POS systems, inventory software, and basic accounting principles.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
