Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a well‑established regional manufacturing and engineering organization with a strong footprint across the Middle East and international markets. The company specializes in large-scale engineered building solutions and operates complex manufacturing and project‑driven ERP environments. Our client is seeking a hands‑on Oracle Technical Consultant who will take ownership of technical delivery integrations reporting and production support across Oracle applications. This role requires someone comfortable working in live environments supporting business‑critical systems and delivering practical solutions rather than purely theoretical designs.
Key Responsibilities
- Design develop customize and support Oracle technical objects including RICE components (Reports Interfaces Conversions Extensions).
- Develop debug and performance‑tune SQL and PL/SQL code in production environments.
- Build and maintain reports using BI Publisher and related Oracle reporting tools.
- Support deployments fixes enhancements and rollback procedures in live systems.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation including design documents technical specifications and support runbooks.
- Design and support integrations using REST and SOAP APIs and web services.
- Ensure data accuracy reliability and proper error handling across interfaces.
- Troubleshoot integration failures and coordinate resolution with internal and external stakeholders.
- Implement logging monitoring and recovery mechanisms for interfaces and batch jobs.
- Own and resolve technical incidents service requests and enhancement tickets.
- Work closely with functional consultants and business users to convert requirements into buildable technical solutions.
- Support business‑critical operations across procurement inventory costing order‑to‑cash and project‑based processes.
- Operate effectively under pressure in a manufacturing and projects‑driven ERP environment.
Requirements & Qualifications
- 37 years of hands‑on Oracle Technical Consulting experience in live ERP environments.
- Strong expertise in SQL and PL/SQL development and performance tuning.
- Proven experience building and supporting RICE objects reports and integrations.
- Working knowledge of REST and SOAP services and standard integration patterns.
- Experience supporting production users and managing tickets independently.
Nice to Have
- Exposure to Oracle Integration tools and cloud‑based integrations.
- Experience in manufacturing projects engineering or construction industry ERP systems.
- Experience with Oracle EBS R12 Oracle Fusion or hybrid environments.
