Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and optimize the daily operations across our network of dental clinics. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with hands-on leadership experience in healthcare or multi-site service organizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily operations across multiple dental clinics in Dubai.
• Ensure high standards of patient care, safety, and service excellence.
• Develop and implement operational policies, SOPs, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Manage and optimize resources: staffing, scheduling, procurement, and budgeting.
• Drive efficiency through process improvements, technology adoption, and KPI monitoring.
• Collaborate with clinical directors, HR, finance, and marketing to achieve organizational goals.
• Ensure compliance with Dubai Health Authority (DHA) regulations and industry standards.
• Monitor patient feedback and implement strategies for continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field (MBA preferred).
• Minimum 7+ years of operations management experience, preferably in healthcare, hospitals, or dental chains.
• Proven track record of managing multi-site operations with large teams.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, quality assurance, and compliance in Dubai.
