Responsibilities
  • Plan and oversee all studio operations: scheduling, resource allocation, supply management, and project tracking.
  • Coordinate communication between creative staff (modelers, artists, printers) and business functions (sales, marketing).
  • Manage budgets, procurement of materials and equipment, and ensure adherence to project deadlines and cost targets.
  • Oversee studio safety, security, and facility maintenance; implement protocols for equipment use and worksite organization.
  • Support staff training, handle hiring/onboarding, and serve as dispute mediator or workflow optimizer.
  • Compile reports, analyze operational data, and suggest process improvements to studio leadership.
  • Coordinate studio workflow and production schedules.
Qualifications
