Core responsibilities

• Perform maintenance: Conduct scheduled inspections, both preventive and corrective, on machinery, equipment, and building systems (e.g., electrical, plumbing, HVAC).
• Troubleshoot and repair: Diagnose and fix mechanical, electrical, or other system malfunctions to restore operations quickly.
• Ensure compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations, building codes, and industry standards.
• Manage inventory and budgets: Track and manage spare parts inventory and control the budget for maintenance activities and projects.
• Document work: Keep detailed records of all maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs, often using a CMMS (computerized maintenance management system).

• Technician: Focuses on hands‑on tasks, such as lubrication, cleaning, and minor repairs, and may be on‑call for emergency situations.
