A leading energy services company is seeking a D&W Safety Advisor to ensure compliance with HSE practices and mentor personnel on safety best practices. The role requires a minimum of 7 years in the Oil & Gas industry, including 5 years as a Safety Advisor. The ideal candidate should be dynamic, proactive, and fluent in English, with Arabic appreciated. The position offers a full-time permanent contract and monthly salary benefits as per the law. Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
• At least 5 years as a Safety Advisor or equivalent on drilling operations.
• Experience in onshore operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with HSE Management System.
• Participate in risk analysis and incident investigations.
• Conduct HSE inductions and ensure training compliance.
• Coach and mentor crews on HSE best practices.
