As an Officer, Insurance Services, you will play a critical role in keeping our insurance operations running smoothly. Reporting to the Revenue Cycle Manager, you will manage authorizations, submissions, resubmissions, and process medical claims with precision and care. Every task you handle ensures compliance with M42’s insurance policies and guidelines. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will make you an indispensable part of our revenue cycle management team, driving efficiency and reliability across all insurance activities.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborates with the Line Manager to achieve the division’s strategic and operational goals.
  • Ensures adherence to M42 policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements while maintaining patient privacy and confidentiality.
  • Handles insurance authorizations, submissions, resubmissions, and medical claims with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Provides customer service support for insurance verification, eligibility checks, and preauthorization requests.
  • Verifies compliance with billing guidelines, maintains accurate records, and tracks payments for timely reimbursement.
  • Recommends enhancements to policies and contributes to developing insurance frameworks and processes.
  • Maintains strong relationships with insurance carriers and responds promptly to internal and external queries.
  • Communicates effectively and collaborates with team members and other departments to ensure smooth operational workflows.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience, preferably in Finance, Accounting, or Insurance within a healthcare setting.
  • Familiarity with UAE insurance practices and regulations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with knowledge of revenue cycle management in healthcare.
  • Understanding of medical coding, billing, and collection practices, including third-party operating procedures.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and fluency in written and spoken English.
