  • Oversee vendor relationships, quotations, and billing verification.
  • Maintain administrative records, documentation & filing systems.
  • Assist in organizing meetings, events, and internal communication.
  • Support HR in onboarding arrangements & employee facility needs.
  • Ensure availability of utilities, equipment & office resources.
  • Manage courier/dispatch & incoming mail.
  • Enforce office guidelines, cleanliness & safety protocols.
  • Assist with procurement processes as required.
  • Prepare reports, summaries, and required documentation.
