Role Overview

This is a unique opportunity to manage the day-to-day operations of both a luxury fashion brand and leading PR agency. The Office Manager will be central to keeping our teams organized, efficient and supported, ensuring that both brands function seamlessly and professionally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations across both the Dima Ayad brand and DAC Communications agency.
  • Manage office systems, supplies, and vendor relationships.
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal teams and external partners.
  • Assist with HR-related tasks: onboarding, maintaining records, and payroll support.
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and team activities for both brands.
  • Support financial administration: invoicing, expense tracking, and budget oversight.
  • Maintain a professional, organized, and welcoming office environment.
  • Support leadership with administrative and operational projects across both businesses.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of proven experience in office management, administration, or operations, ideally across creative or fashion/PR sectors.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and basic financial or office management tools.
  • Ability to work independently and anticipate the needs of a fast-paced, multi-faceted team.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage external vendors, service providers and contracts, ensuring service quality, compliance, and value for money.
  • Experience supervising and leading teams, including operational staff and support personnel.
  • Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
