Responsibilities

• Serve coffee to EMS staff and guests

• Assist the admin department in transmitting documents between departments
• Clean the office premises
• Create signboards, stickers, and laminate documents as needed
• Prepare training manuals and other required submissions
• Provide general assistance to staff when needed
• Maintain records and stock of pantry items
