Office Assistant - Administrative Support Specialist

As an Office Assistant - Administrative Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing essential administrative support to our team. This includes organizing and maintaining files, scheduling appointments and meetings, managing correspondence, and performing general office duties. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational skills who can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic files
- Schedule appointments and meetings
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, letters, and forms
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate department
- Perform general office duties such as photocopying, scanning, and filing
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations
- Order office supplies as needed
- Maintain office cleanliness and organization

Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Attention to detail with high accuracy levels
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Salary: 1500$ per month

Location: Sharjah, UAE (Preference for Indian candidates)

Working Hours: 9 AM - 6 PM (Sunday - Thursday)
