Position : Office Administrator (Female) with HR Background

Salary : AED 6,000 AED 8,000 / month

A well-established organization in the UAE is looking for a reliable and organized Office Administrator (Female) with a strong background in Human Resources. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a professional environment and is eager to contribute to the smooth running of office and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage daily administrative duties and support overall office coordination.
  • Maintain accurate employee files, contracts, and HR records.
  • Assist in onboarding new employees and handling basic HR functions such as attendance and leave management.
  • Coordinate with HR and recruitment teams for interviews, document collection, and follow-ups.
  • Serve as the go-to person for staff queries related to HR and administrative matters.
  • Support senior management with day-to-day operational and clerical tasks.

Requirements :

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in office administration with HR exposure, preferably in the UAE.
  • Female candidates only (as per company requirements).
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
