Responsible for executive secretarial support, office administration, gate pass handling, and sales coordination to ensure smooth company operations and accurate documentation.
Organized, detail‑oriented, strong communication, multitasking ability, high confidentiality, and good MS Office/ERP knowledge (Odoo preferred).
2–5 years in admin/secretarial/operations support role.
