Job Summary

Responsible for executive secretarial support, office administration, gate pass handling, and sales coordination to ensure smooth company operations and accurate documentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Secretarial Support: Manage meetings, calendars, emails, and official correspondence; Prepare MoMs and management reports.
  • Administration: Handle day‑to‑day office admin and filing systems; Manage office supplies, couriers, and vendors.
  • Sales Support / Pass & Documentation Control: Prepare gate passes, staff/site passes and vehicle passes if needed.
  • Coordination: Act as link between Management, Sales, Operations and Accounts; Support HR documentation when required.
Skills Required

Organized, detail‑oriented, strong communication, multitasking ability, high confidentiality, and good MS Office/ERP knowledge (Odoo preferred).

Experience

2–5 years in admin/secretarial/operations support role.
