Oenologist - Wine Tasting Expert (Jabal-Ali, UAE)


We are seeking a skilled Oenologist to join our team in Jabal-Ali, UAE. As an Oenologist, you will be responsible for the analysis and evaluation of wine samples, as well as providing guidance on wine production processes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting sensory analysis of wine samples to determine quality and characteristics
- Monitoring and analyzing fermentation processes
- Advising on grape selection and blending techniques
- Conducting research and staying updated on industry trends and developments
- Collaborating with winemakers to ensure quality standards are met
- Assisting with vineyard management decisions
- Maintaining accurate records of all analyses and results

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Oenology or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Oenologist in a winery or vineyard setting
- Knowledge of grapes, wine production processes, and sensory evaluation techniques
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Fluent in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)
- Must have a valid visa for working in the UAE (sponsorship can be provided for the right candidate)

This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday. We offer competitive salary and benefits package. This position does not include accommodation, therefore it is preferred that candidates have their own accommodation in or near Jabal-Ali.
