Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Nursery Manager ( Native English Speakers ) to join our client's team. The Nursery Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the nursery's operations, including managing staff, developing and implementing curriculum, maintaining a safe and healthy environment, and ensuring high-quality care for all children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and lead a team of early childhood educators and support staff
  • Create and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum and activities for children
  • Ensure compliance with all local and international regulations and standards for early childcare centers
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment for children, staff, and visitors
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with parents, addressing any concerns or issues promptly
  • Monitor and manage the nursery's budget, ensuring financial sustainability
  • Conduct regular staff evaluations and provide ongoing training and professional development opportunities
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the nursery and attract new families
  • Stay up-to-date with current research and best practices in early childhood education to continuously improve the nursery's program
