Job description

1. Prepare and Submit NOC Applications

– Submit NOC requests to relevant authorities (e.g. DM, DDA, Trakhees, JAFZA, DEWA, RTA, Etisalat, DU, etc.) for all construction stages.

2. Liaise with Authorities

– Coordinate directly with government departments for clarifications, updates, and status follow-ups.

3. Review Drawings & Documents

– Ensure shop drawings, utility layouts, and site plans meet each authority’s standards before submission.

4. Track and Manage Approvals

– Maintain NOC status logs and ensure approvals are obtained on time to avoid site delays.

5. Coordinate with Project Team

– Work closely with consultants, contractors, and utility coordinators to align submissions.

6. Knowledge of Regulations

– Stay updated with the latest codes, guidelines, and online submission portals (e.g., Dubai BPS, DDA e-permit, Trakhees EHS, etc.).

7. Handle Rejections and Comments

Skills
