A construction firm in the UAE is seeking an experienced professional to manage NOC applications and ensure compliance with government regulations. Responsibilities include preparing submissions, liaising with relevant authorities, and collaborating with project teams. Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Architectural or Civil Engineering, possess at least 5 years of experience in the UAE construction field, and demonstrate excellent problem-solving abilities. A salary of AED 7,000 – 12,000 per month is offered based on qualifications and experience.
1. Prepare and Submit NOC Applications
– Submit NOC requests to relevant authorities (e.g. DM, DDA, Trakhees, JAFZA, DEWA, RTA, Etisalat, DU, etc.) for all construction stages.
2. Liaise with Authorities
– Coordinate directly with government departments for clarifications, updates, and status follow-ups.
3. Review Drawings & Documents
– Ensure shop drawings, utility layouts, and site plans meet each authority’s standards before submission.
4. Track and Manage Approvals
– Maintain NOC status logs and ensure approvals are obtained on time to avoid site delays.
5. Coordinate with Project Team
– Work closely with consultants, contractors, and utility coordinators to align submissions.
6. Knowledge of Regulations
– Stay updated with the latest codes, guidelines, and online submission portals (e.g., Dubai BPS, DDA e-permit, Trakhees EHS, etc.).
