Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in enterprise network operations or support.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, VLANs, routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, EIGRP), and switching.
• Relevant certifications (CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent).
• Experience in multi-vendor environments (Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet).
• Knowledge of data center or cloud networking concepts.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Engineering team to execute QA cycles.
• Provide ongoing support to clients in a 24/7 model.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot network equipment.
• Implement network security measures and maintain compliance.
• Support upgrades and ongoing maintenance activities.
