Job description

We are looking for a qualified Network Engineer with hands-on experience in the UAE to join our technical team, a strong background in network infrastructure, biometric systems, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Driving License will be an added advantage.

This role demands a detail-oriented professional capable of installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting both hardware and software systems, with a strong emphasis on network reliability and IT security. Driving License will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and support LAN/WAN networks, firewalls, and VPNs.
• Should have knowledge in Firewalls like SonicWALL and Fortinet.
• Install and manage biometric access control and time attendance systems.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Set up and maintain structured cabling and IT systems.
• Configure and support network security systems (firewalls, antivirus, etc.).
• Maintain documentation for network topology, IP schemes, and hardware inventory.
• Provide technical support to end-users and perform system backups.
• Generate reports and maintain records using Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Ensure compliance with internal IT policies and procedures.
