Role Purpose

Provide professional nail care services including manicures, pedicures, nail art, gel/acrylic extensions and other beauty treatments in a salon or spa environment. Create exceptional client experiences through skilled techniques, hygiene practices, and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Nail Services:
  • Perform professional manicures and pedicures including filing, shaping, cuticle care, buffing and polish application.
  • Apply gel polish, shellac, acrylic nails and nail extensions with precision.
  • Create custom nail art designs, patterns and decorative finishes as per client requests.
  • Remove artificial nails and gel polish safely without damaging natural nails.
  • Provide hand and foot massages as part of nail treatments.
  • Recommend appropriate treatments based on nail condition and client needs.
• Client Service & Consultation:
  • Greet clients warmly and conduct consultations to understand their preferences.
  • Explain treatment options, products and aftercare instructions.
  • Build and maintain loyal client relationships through excellent service.
  • Handle client bookings, scheduling and follow‑ups.
  • Upsell salon products and additional services when appropriate.
• Hygiene & Safety:
  • Maintain strict sanitation and sterilization standards for all tools and equipment.
  • Follow health and safety regulations and salon protocols.
  • Keep workstation clean, organized and well‑stocked.
  • Properly dispose of waste materials and maintain hygiene standards.
