Job summary

A leading hospitality recruitment agency is seeking a Moroccan Cuisine DCDP for a luxury 5-star hotel in Dubai. The ideal candidate will assist in preparing and cooking dishes, ensuring kitchen hygiene and supervising junior staff. Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in a luxury kitchen and be open to Moroccan and Asian nationals aged 38 and below. This full-time role offers a salary up to 5K AED depending on experience.

Qualifications

  • Open to Moroccan and Asian nationals from 38 years old and below.
  • Knowledge of kitchen operations and plating standards.

Job Description:

  • Assist the Chef de Partie in preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes according to 5* hotel standards.
  • Ensure kitchen hygiene, food safety, and proper storage of ingredients.
  • Supervise junior kitchen staff or commis as assigned.
  • Support inventory management, portion control, and menu consistency.

Skills

Qualifications:

  • Open to Moroccan and Asian nationals from 38 years old and below
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role in a 5* hotel or luxury kitchen specializing in Moroccan Cuisine.
  • Knowledge of kitchen operations, cooking techniques, and plating standards and ability to work efficiently under pressure and in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with hygiene standards and kitchen safety regulations
