As a Monetisation Manager, you will support the strategy team in identifying and executing revenue growth opportunities across the user and customer funnel. You will be required to combine analytical strength with a deep understanding of how to turn user behaviour and funnel performance into actionable commercial levers.


In this role, you will:


  • Revenue Opportunity Analysis: Identify monetisation levers and areas of commercial opportunity across platforms, focusing on pricing strategy, upselling, packaging, and user conversion.
  • Conversion Funnel Performance: Monitor and analyse the commercial funnel (visitor to lead, lead to paying client, upgrade rates, etc.) to identify drop-offs and growth opportunities.
  • Conversion Optimisation Strategy: Recommend and support implementation of A/B tests or funnel improvements in collaboration with Product, Marketing, BI and Sales - ensuring strategic alignment.
  • Insights & Reporting: Build business cases, forecasts, and dashboards to evaluate initiative impact and funnel health. Collaborate closely with BI and Data teams.
  • Cross-functional Alignment: Act as the monetisation bridge between Strategy, Sales, BI, Product, and Marketing - ensuring the commercial lens is integrated into feature rollouts and campaigns.
  • Strategic Initiatives: Support larger monetisation projects, including new pricing models, tiered offerings, and promotional mechanics.
