About the Function:

  • As Visitor Solution Representative (Arabic Speaker), you will be responsible to supply professional and customer concentrated solution to our guests, ensuring their remain will end up being a remarkable experience.
Responsibilities
  • Process accounts from check-in to check-out, making certain accurate postings of all subordinate fees utilizing computerized Front Office systems.
  • Conduct in room and hotel familiarization and help guest in hotel task enquiries/requests. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of hotel information and local solutions, including operating hours, promos, events, tourist attractions and any allied information to respond to visitor queries.
  • Ensure visitors are directly greeted by name, if recognized and escorted to their room to make them feel expected as well as welcomed.
  • Maintain the privacy of all visitors by ensuring that no details of the guests are disclosed. Accurately administer Front Desk cashiering requirements.
