About the Role:

  • Provide wake-up call services to in-room guests and assist with internal calls.
  • Have a comprehensive understanding of the in-room dining menu.
  • Handle guest requests and coordinate with Guest Service Agents.
  • Perform concierge duties on various occasions.
  • Resolve guest issues professionally, maintaining decorum both in person and over the phone.
  • Direct external calls to appropriate departments.
  • Promote hotel amenities and ensure guests are aware of the locations of services and outlets.
  • Language requirements: Excellent English skills; Arabic speaking preferred.
  • Skills needed: Telephone etiquette, Opera PMS proficiency.
