Job summary

A leading construction firm in Dubai is seeking a skilled MEP Quantity Surveyor with a mechanical specialization. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in MEP quantity surveying, especially within the UAE/GCC construction industry. Responsibilities include quantifying mechanical works, pricing Bills of Quantities, and ensuring clarity during the tender stage. Proficiency in English and familiarity with QS software is preferred. Qualifications
