The Role We are seeking for MEP Procurement Engineer who is responsible for managing the procurement activities related to Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems for construction projects. This role involves sourcing, evaluating, and purchasing MEP materials and equipment to ensure timely delivery, cost efficiency, quality standards, and compliance with project specifications and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Procurement Strategy & Planning – Develop and implement procurement strategies for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) materials.
• Supplier Management – Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to ensure cost-effective and high-quality procurement.
• Budget & Cost Control – Manage procurement budgets and optimize costs while maintaining quality standards.
• Compliance & Documentation – Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and industry regulations.
• Logistics & Delivery Coordination – Oversee the timely delivery of materials to support project schedules.
• Quality Assurance – Work closely with engineering teams to verify that procured materials meet technical specifications.
• Market Research & Trend Analysis – Stay updated on industry trends, pricing, and new technologies to enhance procurement efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in MEP procurement within the construction industry, preferably in the UAE or Middle East.
• Familiar with the following Tools:
