Role: MEP Manager

We are seeking an experienced MEP Manager with a strong background in both Contractor and PMC (Project Management Consultancy) environments. Based in Ras Al Khaimah (RAK), this role will oversee all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing aspects of major projects, ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate MEP design, execution, and site activities
• Review and approve MEP systems, drawings, and technical submissions
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and industry standards
• Lead coordination between multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and consultants
• Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and maintain reporting structures
• Implement Mirage’s quality and safety procedures across all works

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field
• 10–18 years’ experience, with proven exposure in both Contractor and PMC/Consultancy roles
• Strong expertise in MEP site supervision, design coordination, and project execution
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work effectively in Ras Al Khaimah and manage on-site challenges
