Job summary

A leading cost consultancy in Abu Dhabi seeks a skilled Quantity Surveyor who will support the Commission Managers and ensure excellent service delivery to clients. Responsibilities include managing post-contract cost variances, ensuring the accuracy of detailed reports, and effective interface with clients and contractors. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years' experience in the industry, a degree in Quantity Surveying, and knowledge of CostX. This is a full-time position requiring strong confidence and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in similar roles, local experience required.
• Professional approach and confident in performing your role.
• Strong knowledge of the construction industry and technical matters.

Responsibilities

• Support Commission Managers with allocated tasks.
• Ensure accuracy of work produced.
• Interface with clients, contractors, and consultants.

Skills

Good knowledge of Real Estate / Property sector

Experience with standard form contracts

Procurement experience

Confident client-facing skills

Ability to manage cost variances

Education

Degree in Quantity Surveying or similar

Professional membership (MRICS)
