Role description
Key objectives critical to success
  • Being able to support the senior macro sales in their day to day job, ranging from execution of multiple trades a day, to on-boarding new clients, and marketing new trade ideas
  • Showcase versatility and adaptability in order to cover a diversified range of clients, ranging from Central Banks, Sovereign Wealth Funds, Financial Institutions and Hedge Funds
  • Assist senior sales in mapping the G10 macro business with the clients, and help develop new products (local rates for example) with internal stakeholders.
  • You will work closely with trading, structuring and various sales teams to generate and market new trades and product ideas and solutions to your client base
  • You will develop a client distribution strategy & resourcing plan for MENA, alongside the other MENA sales people
Skills, experience, qualifications and knowledge required
  • Bachelor\'s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • At least 2 years\' relevant experience
  • Strong understanding of local regulatory environment
  • Strong working knowledge of Macro Products
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills. Proven experience in communicating with international teams
  • Able to work independently and coordinate with key stakeholders within the firm
  • Able to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment, and under pressure
  • Fluency in English
