A leading airline in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Supervisor for the Etihad Guest Member Service Operations. The role involves overseeing day-to-day operations, managing a team, interacting with members, and ensuring high quality of service. Candidates should have at least 4 years of experience with a strong background in team management and customer service, preferably in the airline industry.
In this role, you will supervise the Etihad Guest Member Service Operations, Data Processing Unit and the Service Performance & Quality teams in their role to deliver high quality service to members of the Etihad Guest programme. Key responsibility includes overseeing the day-to-day functions of the team and will be the point of contact for all escalated cases.
