We are currently looking for a Medical Representative to join our Sales Team in Dubai and Northern Emirates

In this role, you will be responsible for new launches, promotions, and sales of our current product portfolio. You will be in charge of achieving sales targets and presenting the company’s products to clients in UAE. You will be leading and developing the new product launches to grow Labatec Pharma´s business.

Your key responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets through effective territory management and strategic customer engagement.
• Marketing products and visiting doctors as per weekly and monthly plans.
• Selling the company's products to hospitals, pharmacies, and other relevant healthcare institutions.
• Strategically plan and manage appointments with healthcare professionals to ensure consistent product promotion and relationship development.
• Developing an in-depth understanding of company products.
• Building and maintaining good business relationships with customers to ensure long term client satisfaction and brand loyalty and encourage repeat purchases.
• Conduct group meetings and proactively engage with potential clients identified by the company to convert their interest to business opportunities.
• Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date knowledge of the company’s product portfolio, including indications, competitive positioning, and clinical data.
• Deliver insightful sales performance analyses to support strategic decision making and identify growth opportunities.
• Prepare and submit structured daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports to enhance operational efficiency and sales effectiveness.
• Gather and communicate actionable market intelligence, including customer insights, competitor activities, and emerging trends.
• Competitor analysis.
• Keeping abreast of new developments in the medical field to determine the effect of such developments on the company's business strategies.

We are looking for
